When building a website, you must consider the end user. What information are you trying to convey to them? What response are you wanting from them? You have to get your visitor to be in the mindset that will get them to the end result you want, whether it is to share your site on social media, sign up for your newsletter so you can stay in contact, or have them purchase your product. Emotion has a lot to do with how successful your site is, and is something that can make it if done right, or break it if done incorrectly.
